Sales Director
Job Description
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for planning sales strategies, setting targets, managing the sales team, overseeing
- customer payment collections, and managing both existing and new customers to achieve maximum
- customer satisfaction and increase sales for the company.
- Survey and analyze the market, demand, product usage behavior, and competitors in the assigned
area. - Define strategies and plan sales, both short-term and long-term.
- Plan and prepare the budget to support the business plan.
- Understand expectations and support dealers in expanding the market through marketing media and
promotional activities that are suitable for the target group and the responsible market conditions. - Create market demand to increase market share from current products.
- Plan for managing major clients, acquiring new customers, and retaining the existing customer base.
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Sales/Business Administration or related fields.
- Experience in marketing and sales management in a managerial position for no less than 5 years.
- Knowledge of products, services, and marketing communication; market information; customer
information in the responsible area; and sales conditions and payment terms, product delivery system.
