Key Account Sales
Job Description
Location: South region 1 position & Eastern region 1 position
Job Description Summary:
- To achieve budgeted sales in range of products through direct customers and specifier in own responsibility area
- Gather and discuss information on market intelligence, Pricing, Competitor activity of both existing and new market including product desirability and opportunity, etc.
- To offer a high level of full customer services and technical backup to all customers in his or her responsibility area.
- Work closely with a specified team & try to take benefit from specified work, act as an information source available to Contractors/ architect / consultant / owner / developer by maintaining a mix of communication channels to those groups for prompt response to enquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Account Managers in managing account activities and processes.
- Analyze and manage account renewal process.
- Analyze and resolve client queries in an accurate and timely manner.
- Develop and maintain client reports.
- Review reports for accuracy and integrity.
- Manage endorsement requests and change requests from customers.
- Develop an account management plan to meet business objectives.
- Organize staff training for performance and skill development.
- Ensure client deliverables are in accordance with company standards.
- Review and manage fund transactions, payments, invoicing, remittance, etc.
Qualification and/or experienced required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years relevant experiences in Construction materials business
- Proven track record converting leads to customers
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders
- Creative in explaining and presenting product solution / product concept in an easy-to-understand manner
- Effective communication, selling and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated attitude and customer service orientation
- Good command of spoken and written English
