Human Resources Manager
Job Description
- Set objectives, strategies, plans, and operational methods for the Human Resources department to align with the company’s policies, missions, and goals.
- Supervise human resource functions including workforce planning, recruitment, employee development, wage and salary management, welfare system development, labor relations, and encouraging continuous self-employee improvement.
- Develop and establish various regulations and employee handbooks, continuously updating and amending them to comply with company management policies in accordance with labor laws.
- Foster employee motivation by overseeing various activities to encourage employee participation and cultivating good team relationships.
- Utilize human resources data and analysis to make informed decisions and drive improvements related to human resources.
- Provide human resources management consultation to various units within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resource management in the hospitality industry would be preferable.
- Proficient in all aspects of HR and knowledgeable in labor laws.
- Capable of presenting, conducting orientations, and internal training.
- Strong leadership skills with excellent interpersonal communication, creativity, and digital technology proficiency.
- Computer literate and proficient in related computer programs such as MS Office, ERP systems, etc.
