Human Resources Manager

• Set objectives, strategies, plans, and operational methods for the Human Resources department to align with the company’s policies, missions, and goals.
• Supervise human resource functions including workforce planning, recruitment, employee development, wage and salary management, welfare system development, labor relations, and encouraging continuous self-employee improvement.
• Develop and establish various regulations and employee handbooks, continuously updating and amending them to comply with company management policies in accordance with labor laws.
• Foster employee motivation by overseeing various activities to encourage employee participation and cultivating good team relationships.
• Utilize human resources data and analysis to make informed decisions and drive improvements related to human resources.
• Provide human resources management consultation to various units within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resource management in the hospitality industry would be preferable.
• Proficient in all aspects of HR and knowledgeable in labor laws.
• Capable of presenting, conducting orientations, and internal training.
• Strong leadership skills with excellent interpersonal communication, creativity, and digital technology proficiency.
• Computer literate and proficient in related computer programs such as MS Office, ERP systems, etc.
