ESG Project Manager

Responsibilities :

• Developing and implementing ESG strategies, policies, and frameworks that align with the organization’s values and goals.
• Conducting thorough ESG assessments and identifying key sustainability risks, opportunities, and performance indicators.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG practices across various business functions, including operations, supply chain, human resources, and finance.
• Monitoring and reporting on ESG performance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, LEED, WELLS).
• Engaging with stakeholders, such as investors, employees, customers, and communities, to communicate the organization’s sustainability efforts and foster meaningful relationships.
• Staying updated on emerging ESG trends, best practices, and regulatory developments to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor in Engineering with at least 3 years in related ESG matters.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability principles, ESG frameworks, and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in conducting ESG assessments, analyzing data, and identifying material issues.
• Proficient in project management, data analysis, and utilizing ESG-related software tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•  Understand Thai local ESG market.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Available for travelling in local and ASEAN region.
