Accounting Management

• Develop financial strategies, goals, and plans for the short- and long-term and monitor.
• Analyze financial data to assess the value of the business.
• Conduct financial control and supervision according to the financial plan, including corporate value analysis.
• Manage the sources and uses of capital, cost analysis, debt & liquidity management, asset management and tax planning.
• Prepare and submit financial reports that comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and relevant regulations.
  (SET, SEC)
• Develop and implement cost accounting systems including the structure of standard cost and actual cost.
• Control and monitor the budget utilization according to the plan.

Financial Data Analysis

• Analyze investment plans and feasibility studies for future projects including payback period and return on investment.
• Prepare and present investment plans for short- and long-term use.
• Control and monitor the preparation of financial statements.
• Analyze the effectiveness of production processes.

Planning and Monitoring

• Analyze, plan, and implement risk management and control the financial and accounting risks including various assets.
• Communicate financial and management information to shareholders and investors appropriately to increase the corporate value.
