Commercial Analyst

Job Summary

• Accountable for center of information to supplier, user, and customer to make sure all query from each parties resolve.
• Perform the close of accounts –P&L and BS review, Budget and Forecasting
• Manage the good governance in P&L and BS stewardship review and fixed assets control.
• Perform the corporate/regional/management reporting, the performance analysis and benchmarking

Responsibilities:

• Provide Commercial service in providing reports and analysis of business performance to the business and regional and corporate to enable them to make sound decisions making in a timely manner
• Manage expense, project costing and sales revenue transactions to business to ensure the accuracy and the data integrity for commercial analysis activities. This covers financial governance, business improvement and initiatives.
• Provide Commercial service in leading and working close with the business to collect and extract data necessary to produce the logical and accurate forecasts/budgets, detailed for the key drivers’ assumption.
• Meet all legislative and Regulatory requirements which relate to this position.

Qualifications:

• Master or at least Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis especially in construction business is preferable.
• ERP experience i.e. Movex/M3 or SAP and Microsoft skill (Excel and Power BI)
• Have experience in using financial modeling software
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities
• Strong capability in quantitative analysis
• Writing and presentation abilities
• Business Acumen, financial literacy and an understanding of business trends

Location: BTS route (Hybrid work)

Salary Range: 60,000 – 70,000 Baht
