Business Strategy and Communication Manager

Job Detail:

• Lead the review, development and implementation of Thailand’s strategy
• Develop and execute the marketing strategies and activities growing in steel roofing, walling, decking and building solution both in industrial and residential markets to meet the company objectives in term of sales volume, profitability, innovation, brand awareness and sustainable growth by managing product development, specification and marketing communication.

Responsibilities:

• Anticipate domestic competition and trends to develop strategy in winning the market
• Drive the Digital and Product Technology roadmap for NS BlueScope Lysaght Thailand that ensures the sustainability of our premium brands and services
• Formulate, execute and manage marketing plan and strategy in which the plan & strategy area achieved the common goal
• Penetrate, develop and convert potential market, by range and service offerings, specification pipeline and qualified leads
• Identify and drive innovation through the development of new product and solution that serve customers’ needs and gain competitive advantage
• Build and increase company’s product & brand awareness, so that our equity can be recognized by target audiences
• Achieve leading position in the market in term of branding, innovation, technical support and total solution provider
• Develop an integrated marketing communication strategy and tools that create long term impact on good company reputation, innovative and sustainable image, customer relationship as well as our brand
• Implement Customer Experience program and market research as well as customer satisfaction survey
• Develop marketing information infrastructure as well as an intelligence system
• Work in conjunction within sale team, in building of long-term sales strategy of the company
• Develop & train our people to increase and improve skill set & capability to support future expansion
• Actively collaborate across all businesses in Thailand/regional/corporate to achieve the best results for the organization

Qualification and/or experience required:

• Extensive experience in a multi-national organization (multiple geographies preferable), in sales, marketing, strategy or transformation discipline
• Strategy development experience
• 10 years of experiences in managerial roles in Sales & Marketing functions in the areas of marketing and business analysis, management information for decision and/or budgeting & planning
• Experience in Marketing and Branding in multinational company or manufacturing industry
• Excellent analytical, communication skill in term of business sense/perspective.
• Knowledge and experience in market research and customer journey
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration or related
• Work independently, self-starter and good team leader
• Good command of spoken and written English.
